Handling Guest Complaints Workshop

The Jordan Hotels Association held a successful training workshop via the zoom platform on Wednesday, 27th of March by Mr. Ghazi batarsa, where they discussed how to deal with guest complaints and the workshop included analyzing the types of guests and complaints, the basic needs of guests, the reasons for their complaints, in addition to reviewing how to avoid those complaints.
The workshop witnessed a great interaction of participants and fruitful discussions on the topic, and the number of attendees was approximately 90 employees from all hotel establishments in various governorates of the kingdom, reflecting the great interest and active participation in this training workshop.
